Graduate students Naigeng Chen and Meenakshi Sundaram Manivannan accepted to speak at the 17th U.S. National Congress on Theoretical & Applied Mechanics.
Haythornthwaite Grant
Meredith Silberstein has been awarded a 2013 Haythornthwaite Research Initiation Grant by the ASME Applied Mechanics Division. The purpose of this grant is to fund equipment and travel for new tenure track faculty engaged in research in theoretical and applied mechanics.
